What are your drop-off and pick-up times?
Every day from 07:30 to 18:00, weekends and public holidays included.
What does my dog need before their first visit?
Up-to-date core vaccines plus kennel cough, a microchip and ID tag, monthly flea and tick protection, sterilisation if they're over six months old, and an emergency contact on file. They'll also pop in for a quick 15 to 20 minute play date first.
How do the unlimited passes work?
Pick the day your pass starts, then come as often as you like for the next 30 days. Unlimited Day Visits (R2,499) covers every day of play, and Unlimited Sleepovers (R3,499) every night, with the day's play included (excl. VAT). Each pass is for one dog, and a second dog starting the same day gets 15% off. Passes start outside the peak months (June, July, December and January).
When does an unlimited pass pay off?
Coming 13 days or more in 30? Unlimited Day Visits costs less than paying R199 a day. Staying 11 nights or more? Unlimited Sleepovers costs less than R349 a night.
Do you charge more over the holidays?
Yes. In June, July, December and January the Day Rate is R349 and the Night Rate R499 (the rest of the year R199 and R349), and Night Rate Bundles cover 5 to 20 holiday nights in one go. Bringing more than one dog? Book them together and the second dog onwards gets 15% off (same package and dates).
Will I get updates during the day?
Yes! We send photo pupdates so you can see what your dog is up to.
